Join the WSI team in Chicago on Thursday June 26th and Friday June 27th for the first US Regional Meeting of 2025. This will be a great event with content you don’t want to miss. This event is open to all consultants and will cover a wide range of topics over the 2-days. Chicago is a great location with tons of attractions and getting there will be a breeze.
The meeting will kick off at 12:00 pm on June 26th and will conclude on the 27th at approximately 4 pm. There will be a fun social event and dinner organized for the evening of the 26th.
Lunch will be provided both days along with coffee breaks.
Registration Details:
There are few different ticket options that you can select from. Please read the details for each ticket below and select accordingly.
- Full Meeting (both days) – (Thursday-Friday):
Select this option if you are participating in both days of the Regional Meeting. - 1-Day Only – Thursday: 12:00pm – 5:00 pm
Select this option if you are attending only Day 1 of the Regional Meeting. - 1-Day Only – Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Select this option if you are planning to attend only Day 2 of the Regional Meeting.
Hotel Accommodations:
Sonesta Chicago O’Hare Airport Rosemont

The two-day meeting will be hosted inside the Sonesta Hotel making getting to and from the meeting straightforward and easy.
Shuttle:
The shuttle service to and from the O’Hare International Airport is every 30 minutes between 3:30AM and 11:30PM.
All passenger pick-ups will occur at Terminal 2, Middle Lane, Door 2E for both domestic and international arrivals.
Additionally, the Airport Transit System (ATS) is available 24 hours a day, taking you to the Car Rental Hub, a 5-minute walk from the hotel if that is needed.
Room Rates:
Single Room – $139.00 plus tax USD per night
* Breakfast will be provided at the conference room from 8-9 am on Friday morning.

If you’d like to extend your stay, the hotel rate of $139.00 plus tax USD is applied two days before and two days after the conference. Ed Fee: This option is only for those attendees who are covered under the WSI Education Fee.
