WSI’s 2019 Global Convention is headed south, to Cancun, the home of white sandy beaches and bright blue waters. The Convention is being held at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun Resort (check out the video above for a virtual tour).

TOP GUNS & MASTERS
Wednesday, October 23 to Saturday, October 26, 2019
If you are a WSI Top Gun or a Master, WSI Global Convention kicks off on Wednesday, October 23rd with our Top Guns session running from 9:30 AM – 3 PM and one-on-one Master meetings during the afternoon and ends the evening of Saturday, October 26th with our celebratory Gala & Awards Party. You will want to make sure you arrive at the resort on Tuesday, October 22 and leave Sunday, October 27 to ensure you can take part in all of the sessions and social events.
- When to arrive: Please plan to arrive at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun Resort on Tuesday, October 22nd, as the Top Gun session will kick-off at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, October 23rd. The one-on-one Master meetings will start in the late afternoon on Wednesday (after our Top Gun session concludes).
- When to depart: WSI Global Convention officially ends on Saturday, October 26th at 11 PM EST, following our Gala & Awards event. Many attendees are planning to stay a few extra days to enjoy the resort.

For those attending under our 3-Day Pass, WSI Global Convention kicks off on Thursday, October 24th with our Advanced Training Day and ends the evening of Saturday, October 26th with our celebratory Gala & Awards Party.
- When to arrive: Please plan to arrive at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun Resort on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019. Advanced Training registration will open at 8 AM on Thursday, October 24th and sessions will commence at 9 AM EST.
- When to depart: WSI Global Convention officially ends on Saturday, October 26th at 11 PM EST, following our Gala & Awards event. Many attendees are planning to stay a few extra days to enjoy the resort.
2-DAY PASS DATES (CONVENTION ONLY)

For those attending under our 2-Day Pass, WSI Global Convention kicks off on Thursday, October 24th with our Welcome Reception (event starts Thursday late afternoon/evening) and ends the evening of Saturday, October 26th with our celebratory Gala & Awards Party.
- When to arrive: Please plan to arrive at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun Resort on Thursday, October 24th in time to enjoy our Welcome Reception (late afternoon/ evening). Convention registration will open at 8 AM on Friday, October 25th and our first presentation will kick off at 9 AM.
- When to depart: WSI Global Convention officially ends on Saturday, October 26th at 11 PM EST, following our Gala & Awards event. Many attendees are planning to stay a few extra days to enjoy the resort.

The Cancun International Airport (airport code CUN), is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Fiesta Americana Condesa. The airport resides in Cancún, Quintana Roo, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It is Latin America’s fourth and Mexico’s second busiest airport.

Traveling From Outside of Mexico?
If you are traveling internationally (including Canada and the USA), you must present a valid machine-readable passport at the Mexican port of entry to enter Mexico. You will also be required to present your passport to the resort upon check-in. Doing so enables visitors to Mexico to have the additional tax charges waived.
To ensure your travel is as smooth as possible we recommend the following tips:
- Check your passport expiration date to ensure you have ample time to get the required documents you need
- Your passport must be valid for 6 months from your day of arrival.
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a VISA, you must first purchase your ticket to the Convention. When completing the Convention registration form, please indicate, “Yes, I require an Invitation letter” when asked. Please email convention@wsiworld.com if you have any questions about obtaining an invitation letter.
Ground Transportation From Cancun International Airport to the Resort
We have coordinated with Funtastic Tours to offer all Convention attendees shuttle service from the airport to the Fiesta American for only $8 USD/person/each way. The company’s shuttle service will ensure you travel to and from the airport safely and comfortably, in air-conditioned vehicles, making the start (and end!) of your Cancun experience enjoyable.
