Canadian Regional Meeting – September 11th & 12th

Join the WSI team in Toronto on Thursday September 11th & September 12th for the Canadian Regional Meeting. This will be a great event with content you don’t want to miss. This event is open to all consultants and will cover a wide range of topics over the 2-days. Toronto is a great location with tons of attractions and getting there will be a breeze.

The meeting will kick off at 12:00 pm on September 11th and will conclude on the 12th at approximately 4 pm. There will be a fun social event and dinner organized for the evening of the 11th

Lunch will be provided both days along with coffee breaks and snacks throughout the days.

Registration Details:

There are few different ticket options that you can select from. Please read the details for each ticket below and select accordingly.

• Full Meeting (both days) – (Thursday-Friday):
  Select this option if you are participating in both days of the Regional Meeting.
• 1-Day Only – Thursday: 12:00pm – 5:00 pm
  Select this option if you are attending only Day 1 of the Regional Meeting.
• 1-Day Only – Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm 
  Select this option if you are planning to attend only Day 2 of the Regional Meeting.

Parking is free onsite and you’ll enter the main lobby, using the elevator to the third floor where the meeting will be held.

Rate: $224 CAD per night for a single king bed or two queen beds

Rate: No preferred rate with WSI but rates range from $199 – $299 CAD per night

Rate: Starting at $159 CAD per night for a single king or two queen beds

Note – all three hotels are walking distance to the conference center where the Regional Meeting is taking place.

There isn’t a deadline for booking your hotel given the options we have BUT please arrange these asap as venues are getting busy with other corporate meetings.

Ed Fee: This option is only for those attendees who are covered under the WSI Education Fee.
A-LA-CARTE: This option is for attendees who are not covered by the WSI Education Fee. There will be a fee for attending the event.

For anyone not on Ed Fee or any staff you want to bring, there will be an additional charge of $249.00. Also note, for staff, you will need to have signed our access agreement. Once you have registered, we will reach out with a subsequent invoice for anyone not on Ed fee. We will also reach out to have you sign an access agreement for any staff who are not already registered in the WSI system.
