Join the WSI team in Budapest on Thursday May 22nd & Friday May 23rd for the European Regional Meeting. This will be a great event with content you don’t want to miss. This event is open to all consultants and will cover a wide range of topics over the 2-days. Budapest is an amazing destination and we would love to have consultants from all over attend.

The meeting will kick off at 12:00 pm on May 22nd and will conclude on the 23rd at approximately 4:30 pm. There will be a fun social event and dinner organized for the evening of the 22nd.

Lunch will be provided both days along with coffee breaks.

Please note: All presentations will be in English. We will be releasing the agenda in the coming weeks, stay tuned!

Registration Details:

There are few different ticket options that you can select from. Please read the details for each ticket below and select accordingly.

• Full Meeting (both days) – (Thursday-Friday):
  Select this option if you are participating in both days of the Regional Meeting.
• 1-Day Only – Thursday: 12:00pm – 5:30 pm
  Select this option if you are attending only Day 1 of the Regional Meeting.
• 1-Day Only – Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm 
  Select this option if you are planning to attend only Day 2 of the Regional Meeting.

Novotel Budapest Danube

The Novotel Budapest Danube is located in the heart of the city with panoramic views of the Hungarian Parliament and the Danube River. Amenities include free Wi-fi, fitness center, sauna, and a restaurant plus bar. The location allows easy access to public transportation and walking access to the city center. The taxi from the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 40 minutes.

Room Rates: 

Superior Single Room – 139 EUR per night

Superior double room – 149 EUR per night

Includes a rich buffet breakfast each morning. All prices also include VAT and city tax.

You can upgrade your room to the following in addition to the room rate:

Executive Margaret bridge view supplement: + 20 EUR per night
Executive Danube view supplement: + 50 EUR per night
* Note that the hotel rate is the same if you plan to arrive before May 22nd and extend your stay beyond May 23rd
