Early Bird Pricing – Just $99 Until Dec 31
Now’s the best time to commit. Register before December 31 and get your Convention All Access Pass (Ed Fund only) for just $99 — a $200 savings off the standard rate. As a bonus, early bird registrants will also receive one free Social Event Pass to bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and Gala (meaning you save $349 if you register early).
On January 1, pricing increases to $199, and the free guest pass expires.
Convention Pass Types & What’s Included
We’re keeping it simple for 2026 — just one All Access Pass, with two pricing tiers based on your Ed Fund status.
What does the All Access pass include?
The full Convention experience, from learning to celebrating:
- Advanced Training Day (Wednesday, June 3)
- Convention Days (Thursday – Friday, June 4–5)
- Breakouts, roundtables, and the exhibitor hall
- Welcome Reception, Awards Gala, and all other official Convention social events
If You Pay Ed Fund
As an Ed Fund participant, your registration includes access to our main convention days (June 4–5).
By registering early for just $99, you’ll unlock:
- Access to the Advanced Training Day (June 3) at the lowest price
- 1 free Social Pass to bring a guest to our official Convention social events
On January 1st, the All Access Pass increases to $199, and the Social Pass will be $149.
If You’re Not Part of Ed Fund
If you’re a Non-Ed Fund attendee, you can still join us in Los Cabos with a Standard All Access Pass.
- $1,399 USD per attendee
- Includes Advanced Training, Convention sessions (June 3–5), social events, and all networking activities
- Social Event Passes for guests are available separately (see below)

Social Event Pass (Guest Access)
For spouses, partners, or guests who are not attending Convention sessions but are joining you at social events like the Welcome Reception and Gala, a social pass will need to be purchased.
- Free through Dec 31 for Ed Fund participants
- $149 per guest from Jan 1 onward
A separate form will be required to register your guest(s) and gather additional details.
Want to Bring Your Team to Convention?
Attending Convention as a team is a great way to align on strategy, explore new ideas together, and accelerate your collective growth. If any of your team members are not covered under the Ed Fund, they’ll need to register using the Standard All Access Pass at the current Non-Ed Fund rate.

However, please note: any cancellation requests received after April 2, 2026, will forfeit any fees paid and be charged an additional $299 USD cancellation fee per registrant.
