Do I have to create a PayPal Account to pay for my registration?

No, in most regions you don’t have to create a PayPal account. After clicking ‘Finalize Registration’, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website to Login to your PayPal account or check out as a Guest and make your payment. If you have issues completing your payment please contact support@wsiworld.com.

How do I book my accommodation?

Staying onsite throughout Global Convention has a lot of perks like being easily accessible to the airport, and rail, being in the heart of Montreal surrounded by must-see attractions, and immediate access to all Convention events. Here are a few details to factor while booking your room:

  • Use WSI’s group discount rate and pay $259 CAD/night at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel
  • This offers expires Saturday, May 26th or while rooms last

What’s the refund/cancellation policy?

If, for some reason you need to cancel your registration for Global Convention, please email
convention@wsiworld.com.

Full refunds received on or made before May 31st, 2018 are subject to an administration fee.

Cancellations made after this date (including not showing up to the convention without prior notice) will NOT be eligible for refunds or credit and will be subject to an additional cancellation fee.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need for paper tickets, your full name will be on an attendee list at registration on the Advanced Training Day or the first day of Global Convention.
